Plymouth Parkway is thrilled to announce the signing of experienced midfielder, Ryan Brett, as manager Chris McPhee’s first summer acquisition.

Brett, a key player in Truro City’s successful bid for National League status through the playoffs, has decided to embark on the next chapter of his illustrious career at Bolitho Park. “The timing is perfect, and I’m delighted to join Parkway. I can’t wait to get started,” said Brett during his interview with Parkway TV. It’s clear that this move represents a natural progression for the midfielder, who previously played alongside new boss ‘Macca’ at Salisbury.

Having enjoyed two successful stints with Truro City and representing clubs such as Taunton and Salisbury, Brett will already be familiar with some faces in the Parkway changing room, reuniting with friends Matt Wright and Shane White. The trio’s combined experience could prove invaluable as the new Yellow project takes shape.

Everyone at the club extends a warm welcome to Ryan and looks forward to seeing him don the Parkway jersey for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

Ryan will officially join the club on July 1, 2024.
