Will Plymouth Find Some Consistency?

Plymouth Parkway are matched up against Bracknell Town on Tuesday night, in a game that is set to be a banger. The Yellows are following on from an extremely disappointing defeat to Swindon Supermarine, which ended 3-2.
It was a back-and-forth sort of match against The Marine and it feels as though we deserved more. Plymouth took the lead with a screamer from Callum Hall, but the visitors equalised early in the second half. Taylor Scarff made it 2-1 for Plymouth with a powerful header, and then Fernandes for Swindon made it 2-2 with a free kick. Then to wrap up the game, Harry Williams made it 3-2 and the visitors held firm until the final whistle, where they took home all three points.
The Yellows currently sit in 19th place, and the form right now is a bit of a mixed bag, with two wins, two losses and a draw in their last five. This inconsistency is something that really needs to be fixed if they want to find a way to claw themselves out of the relegation zone. That 6-0 win over Gloucester is well in the past now, so in terms of their form in front of goal, Parkway have five goals in the last five – so a goal a game – not too bad.
The Robins – who sit in 8th place – aren’t in wonderful form themselves, because in their last five, they have only one win, two losses and two draws, and their most recent game was one of those defeats, which ended 4-3 in a tight match against Gosport Borough. They have however, had a longer break than expected since that match, as they were supposed to play Gloucester on Saturday, but due to frozen conditions it was postponed.
This looks like it’s going to be a tough encounter, but as we have seen in recent weeks, that doesn’t stop the lads.
