Parkway are following on from a 4-2 loss against Merthyr Town last weekend where they put up a good fight against an extremely tough team.
The visitors saw themselves go 3-0 up by the 57th minute of the game, but goals from Callum Hall and James Watts-Barciela saw Parkway bring it back to 3-2. Frazer Thomas for Merthyr then put the game to bed in the 69th minute, with the full-time whistle leaving the hosts with a disappointing defeat.
From one end of the table to the other, the Yellows have Marlow FC on Saturday, who currently sit right at the bottom as we head into Matchday 15. They have only one win in their last five games, where they beat Gosport Borough 1-0, and their most recent game was against AFC Totton where they lost 2-0. Even though they’re on the road, Marlow will put up a fight, as they are seven points from safety and will be looking to get out of the drop zone as soon as possible, so even though they are bottom, it won’t be easy.
The Yellows are only three points above their opponent and four points away from safety, so if results across the league go their way and they get the win, they could inch even closer to the safe zone. The hosts are in decent goal scoring form, as they have scored seven in their last five, while Marlow have conceded 11 in their last five, so expect this game to have goals written all over it.
