Hall's Love Affair with Parkway Continues
Callum Hall Contract ExtensionBy Jack Hobbs
We are thrilled to announce that midfield dynamo Callum Hall has signed a contract extension with the club.
The 27-year-old has scored six goals from midfield this season, the majority of which have been some absolute fizzers.
Speaking on Hall’s renewal, manager Chris McPhee said: “Callum has always shown outstanding fitness and athleticism this season, and we have seen vast improvement in his reading of the game both in and out of possession.”
“Hally sets a great example and inspires others to work hard for the team and we have had lots of joy pressing our opponent to regain the ball.
“He is seeing triggers to press, and he is now timing his movement to arrive in attacking areas brilliantly.
“Callum has really bought into our style of play and has become a scorer of key goals for us this season through some top drawer strikes from distance as well and breaking into the box to finish our attacks with well-timed runs and finishes.
“We feel Callum will continue to improve and we are delighted to have him commit to Parkway for another season. It’s great to have the wasp sign an extension this week.”
Adding to McPhee’s praises, the board said: “Callum has been at the club for a number of years now and has been a fan favourite due to the never stop running attitude.”
“This season we have seen an improvement in his positional play and getting into positions to add more goals to his game.
“We look forward to seeing Callum continue to improve in the coming season.”
Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Callum on his contract extension, and we look forward to seeing more Hally missiles find the back of the net soon.
